To this aim customer input is very useful. For example, if you have a fixed idea about a logo, then it is better to tell us about this right from the outset. Similarly if you want a certain style of logo, or use specific colours then the more you tell us, the quicker we will be able to produce something to your liking. To help you choose colours & styles please visit our style gallery. If you do have specific styles or colours in mind then please state the codes given (as they appear in the style gallery) when you order.

If you already possess an image you want us to incorporate into the logo then please send it, preferably in electronic format. If you just have an image in mind then please let us know what it is, and be as specific as possible.

Procedure
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. To produce a professional looking, fully stylised & optimised logo requires many drafts. It is often a case of trial and error, experimenting with many different formats before the logo is ready.

Our ethos is to provide you with the logo or graphic design that you want. Consequently your opinion on each draft will be sought and will be very much valued and acted upon. Our experience has shown that customer feedback is an integral part of producing logos or graphic designs that the customer is 100% happy with. Here at Logo Design UK we only want satisfied customers.

When we embark upon a project the first step is to provide the customer with several sample logos, each with a different look & feel.

If the customer is happy with any of these we will then provide different variations of that logo/design using different colours or fonts or effects as necessary.

We are happy to provide you with as many drafts are necessary before you are happy with your logo. In most cases our customers are happy with one of the designs in our first batch of designs. However, if you want us to provide further drafts we are more than happy to do so.

Before we embark upon each draft we ask that a small deposit be paid to cover part of our design costs. This deposit is nonrefundable and is standard industry practice. Since the deposit is in lieu of work to be done deposit fees will be deducted from your final invoice.

Once you are satisfied with your final logo we will invoice you for the balance of payment.

Prices

Costs vary according to the type of design you require and how much work and many drafts were required to produce your final logo/design. At this stage it is difficult to provide you with an absolute quotation since neither of us know exactly how many drafts will be required before you the customer are satisfied with your logo/design.

However, we can tell you that our prices are extremely competitive. When you give us an idea of the type of logo you are looking for, and your budget, we will be able to give you an idea of how many initial drafts we can produce and a rough cost estimate.

If you have very specific requirements then if you let us know via email what they are then we should be able to provide you with a ball park quotation.

Also if you have a set budget then please feel free to let us know what this is and we will be able to give you an idea of how many variations of logos/designs we can produce for that amount, and how many drafts we can produce for the given budget.

Timescaless
Timescales depend on the complexity of the logo as well as customer feedback and current workload. Good logos take time and numerous drafts to produce. We prefer to take our time and get it right than to rush things and produce substandard products.

As a general rule, we aim to give you an initial draft within 14-28 days.
